The bread baker on your street, the captain who's fished the same passes since high school, the family that's kept Bradenton cool since before central air was cool. When you hire them, the money stays here: it pays local wages, sponsors the Little League team and keeps a storefront lit on Main Street instead of a "For Lease" sign.
