They Deliver Hot Dogs to the Beach. Know Your Access Number.
Pink Coney Club runs a Nathan's hot dog stand inside a 390-square-foot cocktail studio in Holmes Beach, and from 11 to 3 it will bring a chili-cheese coney to your towel. Closed Mondays. Today is Monday.
The beach delivery page has exactly one instruction for you: please provide public beach access street #. That's it. No pin drop. No "wave at the guy." You call, you say the street, and a Nathan's hot dog comes to find you on the sand.
This is Pink Coney Club, at 5306 Holmes Blvd., Suite 810, in Holmes Beach. It's a hot dog stand built into a cocktail-making studio. Per the Bradenton Herald, owners Desiree and Steven McCullough opened the Gulf Coast Bartender Co. mixology studio first, then added the stand in the same 390-square-foot space. A martini class at night, a chili dog at noon. Nobody else on the island is using a room that efficiently.
The name plays off the Chappell Roan song. Desiree told the Herald they "weren't anything about the song." The real inspiration was New Jersey boardwalk hot dogs, which is honestly a stronger origin story.
Order the shaker
The online menu I checked this morning has a build-your-own Create a Coney for $6.99 and the house dogs at $9.99: Pink Coney, Nauti, Island, Sauer, Envy, Sweet N' Slawty, a Dog of the Month and a Street Corn Coney.
The Herald's rundown of the two big sellers: the Pink Coney Dog is spicy brown mustard, melted white cheddar, chili, raw onion and a corn chip "shaker" on top. The Nauti Dog is mayo, sriracha, white cheddar, onion, pickled jalapeño and a Hot Cheetos shaker. Steven's description of the shaker: "It's the croutons to our salad." I've never agreed with a sentence more.
The schedule
Open for pickup or dine-in 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday, and closed Mondays. Beach delivery runs 11 to 3; call 941-201-6131. They'll also bring it to your place if you're on the north end.
So it's closed today. The online ordering page already says it opens Oct. 6. That gives you a full Monday to decide between the corn chips and the Hot Cheetos, and to look up which beach access you actually sit at. You've been calling it "the one by the good parking" for years.
